Indoors, ran for a season best 12:51.14 in the 3,000 meters at the Jim Emmerich/Alumni Invitational (Jan. 22)…finished in second place in the 3,000 meters at the KSU Wildcat Invitational (Dec. 12) with a time of 13:15.05...did not compete during the outdoor season...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll, a Distinguished Scholar and a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2014-15 (Sophomore)
Indoors, ran a personal best time of 12:21.12 in the 3,000 meters at the Jim Emmerich/Alumni Invitational (Jan. 24)…outdoors, had a season best 3,000 meter time of 12:28.55 at the Tulsa Duels (March 21)…also had a season best 5,000 meter time of 22:26.74 at the Dakota Duels (April 4)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll, a Distinguished Scholar and a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2013-14 (Freshman)
Indoors: Set a personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:52.51 at the Holiday Inn Invitational (Jan. 17)…had a PR of 6:09.00 in the mile at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Feb. 1)…outdoors: ran a personal best of 12:17.69 in the 3,000 meters at the Tulsa Duels (March 22)…clocked a PR of 20:55.74 in the 5,000 meters at the KT Woodman Classic (April 11)…also had a PR of 2:48.48 in the 800 meters at the KT Woodman Classic (April 12)…put up a PR of 5:37.21 in the 1,500 meters at the Doane Relays (April 19).
Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner in cross country and three-year letter winner in track & field at Burke High School...as a junior, placed 13th overall in the state cross country meet...also played soccer.
