Indoors, earned All-Summit League honors for finishing third in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships with a personal best time of 2:09.46 (Feb. 25)…had UNO's top time and a personal best in the 400 meters with a clocking of 58.10 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 17)…also had a PR of 3:06.14 in the 1,000 meters at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 10)…outdoors, had UNO's top time and a PR of 2:11.41 in the 800 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 14)…took fifth in the 800 at the Summit League Championships in a time of 2:12.08…ran a PR of 58.39 in the 400 meters at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (April 13)...named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll... a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2015-16 (Junior)
Indoors, set a personal record in the preliminaries of the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.22 at the Summit League Championship and went on to place sixth in the finals (Feb. 26)…had four top-10 finishes in the 800 meters, including a fourth-place finish at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 30)…was a part of the 4x400 relay team that posted a season best time of 4:00.90 and finished in seventh at the Summit League Championship (Feb. 26)...outdoors, finished eighth in the Summit League in the 800 meters with a time of 2:17.77 (May 14)…ranked second on the team in the 800 meters with a season best time of 2:14.19 set at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 29)…also had a season best time of 1:00.50 in the 400 meters at the Emporia State Relays (April 2)…also ran on UNO's 4 x 400 meter relay team which clocked a season best time of 4:00.92 at the Long Beach Invitational (April 16)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll, a Distinguished Scholar and a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2014-15 (Sophomore)
During the indoor season, put up UNO's best 800 meter time and a personal best with a clocking of 2:17.24 at the Summit League Championships (Feb. 27)…posted a personal best 400 meter time of 1:00.84 at the Jim Emmerich/Alumni Invitational (Jan. 24)…also had a 1,000 meter PR of 3:12.27 at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 13)…outdoors, had four different PRs in the 800 meters, her last a time of 2:13.48 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (May 1)…ran a 400 meter PR of 59.31 at the Nebraska Invitational (May 9)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll, a Distinguished Scholar and a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2013-14 (Freshman)
Indoors, ran a personal best 400 meter time of 1:01.38 at the Holiday Inn Invitational (Jan. 18)...had a PR of 1:39.16 in the 600 meters at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational (Jan. 24)...had a PR run of 1:29.31 in the 600 yards at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 14)...posted a personal best time of 2:16.84 in the 800 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 21)...outdoors, had a 400 meter PR of 1:00.73 at the Doane Relays (April 19)...put up a personal best time of 2:16.03 in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships (May 17)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and a Distinguished Scholar.
Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner in track at Pius X High School… went to the state meet three years in a row for the 4x800 meters… went to state two years in a row in the 800 and 4x400 meter… freshman year was second in state and helped break the school record in the 4x800 meter relay… was part of the state champion 4x800 meter relay as a sophomore and junior… as a junior, helped break the school record in 4x400 meters... was second in the open 800 meters as a sophomore and third as a junior... won the Wendy's High School Heisman Award… was named academic all-state… also lettered in volleyball senior year… member of the National Honor Society.
