Indoors, had UNO's top time and a PR of 5:07.22 in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 11)…put up a PR of 2:17.62 in the 800 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 17)…also posted a PR of 10:37.28 in the 3,000 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 4)…outdoors, ran UNO's top time and a PR of 4:44.63 in the 1,500 meters at the Nebraska Invitational (May 6)…also had the Mavericks' top time and a PR of 18:02.99 in the 5,000 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 28)…ran a season-best 800 meter time of 2:18.14 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 14)...named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll... a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2015-16 (Sophomore)
Indoors, had a personal record and second-place finish in the 3,000 meters at the Jack Jennett Invitational with a time of 10:39.15 (Jan. 30)…set a personal best and placed seventh in the 400 meters at the KSU Winter Invitational with a time of 1:03.10 (Jan. 9)…set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:10.91 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (Feb. 6)…ran a season best 2:23.75 and finished in second in the 800 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Jan. 16)...did not compete during the outdoor season...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll, a Distinguished Scholar and a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2014-15 (Freshman)
Indoors, had a personal best time of 2:17.86 in the 800 meters at the SDSU Indoor Invitational (Feb. 14)…put up a PR of 3:13.91 in the 1,000 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational (Jan. 16)…had a mile PR of 5:19.45 at the Jim Emmerich/Alumni Invitational (Jan. 24)…outdoors, had four 800 meter PRs during the season, finishing with a time of 2:17.34 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (May 1)…posted a personal best of 4:50.44 in the 1,500 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 24)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and a Distinguished Scholar.
Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track at Waukee High School in West Des Moines…was a state qualifier in cross country all four years…was all-conference and all-region in cross country and track as a junior, helping Waukee to a State Class 4A Championship for the second straight year…was twice a member of Waukee's state championship 4 x 800 meter relay.
