Indoors, had a lifetime best score of 3,076 in the pentathlon at the Dakota Realty Invitational (Jan. 23)…in that performance, put up lifetime bests in the 60 meter hurdles (9.38), high jump (4-10 ¼) and 800 meters (2:36.83)…ran a lifetime best of 26.18 in the 200 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 13)…in that same meet, had lifetime bests and team season bests in the 600 meters (1:40.71) and shot put (39-03)…posted a lifetime best and UNO’s team season best in the 400 meters at 59.27 at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 20)…had a lifetime best leap of 16-05 in the long jump at the USD Invitational (Jan. 16)…was a member of UNO’s 4x400 meter relay team that finished sixth at the Summit League Championships with a time of 4:09.29…outdoors, had a lifetime best and team season best score of 4,389 in the heptathlon, earning sixth at the Summit League Championships (May 13-14)…in that performance, had lifetime bests in the high jump (4-10 ½), long jump (15-04 ¼) and the 800 meters (2:31.97) and also had a team season best mark of 38-01 ½ in the shot put…put up a lifetime best time of 1:01.29 in the 400 meters at the Jim Duncan Invitational (April 9)…had a lifetime best mark of 106-03 in the javelin during the heptathlon at the KT Woodman Multis (April 15)…was a member of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished fifth in the Summit League Championships in a season-best time of 48.40 (May 15)…also was part of the 4x400 meter relay team that took sixth in the Summit Championships with a season-best time of 4:04.06 (May 15).

Indoors, ran a lifetime best and team season-best time of 9.56 in the 60 meter hurdles at the Jack Johnson Classic (Feb. 1)… put up a lifetime best and team season-best time of 1:43.54 in the 600 meters at the Jim Emmerich/Alumni Invitational (Jan. 25)…also ran a lifetime best time of 1:33.31 in the 600 yards at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic (Dec. 7)…had a lifetime best 200 meter time of 26.51 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 15)…ran a lifetime best 800 meter time of 2:38.05 at the Graduate Classic (Jan. 17)…put up a lifetime best high jump mark of 4-09 ½ at the Graduate Classic (Jan. 17)…had a lifetime best long jump mark of 15-10 ½ at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 8)…posted a lifetime best pentathlon score of 3,048 at the Summit League Championships (Feb. 28).

Indoors, set a lifetime best in the pentathlon with a score of 2,868 at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 26)…had two individual event bests during that meet including a time of 2:38.74 in the 800 meters and a high jump mark of 4-08 1/4…posted a lifetime best 60 meter hurdles time of 10.10 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 16)…ran a lifetime best 600 meter time of 1:46.65 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational (Jan. 19)…had a lifetime best shot put mark of 38-03 1/2 at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 2)…outdoors, registered eight lifetime bests for the season…posted a lifetime best heptathlon score of 3,874 at the Summit League Championships (May 8-9)…had two individual event bests during that meet including a time of 16.48 in the 100 meter hurdles (May 8) and a time of 2:40.20 in the 800 meters (May 9)…had a lifetime best 200 meter time of 27.64 at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 26)…had a 400 meter lifetime best time of 1:02.69 at the Nebraska Invitational (May 4)…posted a lifetime best shot put mark of 38-04 1/4 at the KT Woodman Classic (April 10)…at the same meet, had a lifetime best high jump height of 4-09 (April 10) and a lifetime best javelin throw distance of 104-03 (April 11)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Indoors, ran a lifetime best 60 meter time of 8.35 at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 9)…had three lifetime bests in the 60 meter hurdles including a top mark of 10.41 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 16)…had two lifetime bests in the 200 meters including a top time of 28.03 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational (Jan. 20)…had Omaha’s season best time and a lifetime best clocking of 1:52.09 in the 600 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 9)…put up a lifetime best 800 meter time of 2:51.82 while competing in the pentathlon at the Jack Johnson Classic (Jan. 26)…had two lifetime bests in the high jump including a top mark of 4-06 (1.37) while competing in the pentathlon at the Summit League Championships (Feb. 23)…had three lifetime bests in the long jump including a top mark of 15-07 (4.75) at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 9)…had two lifetime bests in the shot put including a top mark of 34-09 ¾ (10.61) at the same meet…posted two lifetime bests in the pentathlon including a top score of 2,534 at the Summit League Championships (Feb. 23)…outdoors, had a lifetime best 200 meter time of 28.11 at the Tulsa Duels (March 17)…had a lifetime best 800 meter time of 2:56.54 while competing in the Ashley Nally Heptathlon (March 24)…ran a lifetime best 100 meter hurdle time of 17.72, a lifetime best shot put mark of 35-11 ½ (10.96) and a lifetime best high jump mark of 4-07 ½ (1.41) in the same meet…had a lifetime best long jump mark of 14-01 ¼ (4.30) at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (April 19)…had a lifetime best javelin throw mark of 81-00 (24.69) at the Tulsa Duels (March 17)…registered a season best heptathlon score of 3,356 (wind aided) at the Ashley Nally Heptathlon (March 23-24)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.
Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner in track & field and a three-year letter winner in powerlifting at Wellington High School…as a senior, competed in the shot put…set state weight class records in Class 4A in the bench press (160) and clean (185)…also was a 4A state champion in the bench as a junior…as a freshman and sophomore, focused primarily on the sprints where she was a state meet qualifier both years.
