Indoors, ran a season best time of 5:56.87 in the mile at the Dakota Realty Invitational (Jan. 23)…also posted a 3,000-meter PR of 12:20.56 at the USD Invitational (Jan. 16)…ran a time of 2:44.31 in the 800 meters at the Dakota Realty Invitational (Jan. 23)…outdoors, posted a lifetime best of 1:01.09 in the 400 meters at the South Dakota Tune Up (May 7)…had the Mavericks’ top 800-meter time of the season with a time of 2:18.43, a lifetime best, at the Summit League Championships (May 14)…ran a lifetime best time of 4:59.06 in the 1,500 meters at the Jim Duncan Invitational (April 9).

2019-20 (Freshman)
Indoors, ran a lifetime best and team season-best time of 5:15.95 in the mile at the Summit League Championships (Feb. 29)…also posted a lifetime best and team season-best 400 meter time of 1:01.26 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 21)…put up a lifetime best 600 meter time of 1:44.90 at the Jim Emmerich/Alumni Invitational (Jan. 25)…had a lifetime best time of 2:30.23 in the 800 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 8)...named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track & field at Southeast Polk High School...helped the school to its first state cross country championship as a senior...as a junior, qualified for the state meet in three events, helping her team to a third-place finish.
