Indoors, ran a lifetime best 800-meter time of 2:25.88 at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 20)…outdoors, had a lifetime best time of 2:22.58 in the 800 meters at the USD Early Bird (April 3)…put up a season-best 1,500 meter time of 5:08.95 at the Mizzou Spring Opener (March 19)…also had a season-best time of 20:05.56 in the 5,000 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 23).

Did not compete...named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2018-19 (Freshman)
Indoors, ran a lifetime best mile time of 5:42.33 at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 26)…had a lifetime best 3,000 meter time of 11:14.13 at the Summit League Championships, (Feb. 23)…put up a lifetime best 5,000 meter time of 19:35.47 at the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 9)…outdoors, ran a lifetime best 1,500 meter time of 5:04.04 at the Nebraska Invitational (May 4)…had three straight bests in the 5,000 meter, including a time of 19:31.62 at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 26).
