2019-20 (Freshman)
Indoors, ran a lifetime best 800 meter time of 2:26.09 at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 8)…had a lifetime best time of 5:25.25 in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 15)…put up a lifetime best 3,000 meter time of 10:59.32 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 21)...named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

Before UNO
Was a three-year letter winner in cross country and a four-year letter winner in track & field at Aurora High School...as a senior, finished seventh overall at the state class B championship cross country meet...helped the school to a runner-up finish in both the conference and district championships...as a junior, was the runner up in the district cross country championship and finished eighth overall at the state championship...helped the team to the state championship that season after a district championship and a runner-up finish in the conference...also was a part of district and conference championships as a sophomore...finished 15th overall in the state meet that season.

Born Aug. 13, 2000...daughter of Robb and Karol Nachtigal...has two sisters, Ashtyne and Brystol, and a brother, Tate...father played football for Northwestern University in Minnesota, and sister Ashtyne played volleyball for Evangel University in Missouri...majoring in kinesiology.
