2018-19 (Senior)
Indoors, ran a team season best 800 meter time of 2:12.77 at the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 9)…took sixth place in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships with a time of 2:15.25 (Feb. 23)…also had a season and team season best 400 meter time of 58.92 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 16)…outdoors, was All-Summit League for finishing third in the 800 meters with a time of 2:09.63…also in the 800, had a lifetime best time of 2:09.44 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 19), a time that also ranked third all-time in school history…had a lifetime best and team season best 400 meter time of 56.86 at the Nebraska Invitational (May 4)…graduated with the third-best 800 meter time both indoors and outdoors in school history...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.
2017-18 (Junior)
Indoors, earned All-Summit League honors by finishing as runner up in the 800 meters with a time of 2:11.35 at the Summit League Championships (Feb. 24)…had a team season best 400 meter time of 59.15 at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 3)…had a team season best 1,000 meter time of 3:03.38 at the Graduate Classic (Jan. 12)…outdoors, again earned All-Summit recognition for finishing runner-up in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships with a time of 2:10.62 (May 12)…had a lifetime best 800 meter time of 2:09.73 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 20)…posted Omaha’s season best 400 meter time of 57.62 at the Nebraska Invitational (May 5)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2016-17 (Sophomore)
Indoors, had a season-best 800 meter time of 2:13.90 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 11)…posted a season best 400 meter time of 59.68 at the Jack Johnson Classic (Jan. 28)…had a PR of 3:03.15 in the 1,000 meters at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 10)…outdoors, had a season-best 800 meter time of 2:11.82 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 14)…ran a PR of 57.40 in the 400 meters at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (April 13)...named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll... a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2015-16 (Freshman)
Indoors, earned All-Summit League honors with her second-place finish in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championship with a time of 2:13.29…set a personal record in the 800 meters with a time of 2:09.99 at the SDSU Classic (Feb. 12)…placed in the top 10 in all running competitions which she participated in, including top finishes in the 800 meters at the SDSU Classic (Feb. 12) and the Jim Emmerich/Alumni Invitational (Jan. 22)…set a personal best in the 400 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Jan. 16) with a time of 58.88…set a personal best in the 600 meters with a time of 1:40.90 at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 30)…set a career best in the 1,000 meters at the K-State Winter Invitational, finishing with a time of 3:10.37 (Dec. 12)...outdoors, finished fourth in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships with a time of 2:12.84 (May 14)…had a personal best time of 2:09.86 in the 800 at the Drake Relays (April 28), a time that third best in school history…also ran a team best time of 58.43 in the 400 meters at the Nebraska Invitational (May 7)… also ran on UNO's 4 x 400 meter relay team which clocked a season best time of 4:00.92 at the Long Beach Invitational (April 16)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and a Distinguished Scholar.
Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track & field at Omaha's Burke High School…as a senior, broke her own school record in the 800 meters (2:13.58) while finishing as the all-class champion…medaled in all four events (400 m, 800 m, 4 x 400 relay, 4 x 800 relay) at the state track meet, was the Burke track athlete of the year, the Metro Scholar Award winner and all-state academic…also qualified for the state cross country championship…was the state class A 800 meter champion as a junior with a then-Burke record of 2:15.64…that year, also was all-state academic and the school's track athlete of the year.
