2018-19 (Junior)
Indoors, posted a lifetime best mile time of 5:34.03 at the Graduate Classic (Jan. 12)…had a lifetime best 3,000 meter time of 10:58.57 at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 2)…put up a lifetime best 5,000 meter time of 18:45.77 at the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 9)…outdoors, had Omaha’s top time in the 3,000 meter steeplechase and a lifetime best of 11:51.47 at the Mizzou Spring Open (April 6)…had a lifetime best 1,500 meter time of 5:06.52 at the KT Woodman Classic (April 12)…had a lifetime best 5,000 meter time of 18:49.92 at the Summit League Championships (May 10)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.
Before UNO
Competed in cross country and track from 2016-18 for Highland Community College...as a sophomore, was a NJCAA All-American in cross country...in track, ran the 1,500, 1,600, 3,000 and 3,000 steeplechase...set the school's steeplechase record as a freshman...prior to that, was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track at Omaha Burke High School.
