Indoors, set career personal bests in the 800, 3000, 5000, and mile... placed 4th at the Jack Johnson Invitational (Jan. 29) in the 3000 meter with a time of 11:13.07... ran a personal best time of 5:23.03 in the mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 18)… contributed to 5th-place finish at the Graduate Classic (Jan. 15) in the distance medley with a time of 13:07.09...
2020-21 (Sophomore)
Indoors, ran a lifetime best time of 2:30.10 in the 800 meters at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 20)…had four lifetime bests in the 3,000 meters, finishing with a time of 11:15.71 at the Summit League Championship (Feb. 27)…outdoors, ran a lifetime best time of 2:31.22 in the 800 meters at the Mizzou Spring Opener (March 20)…ran a lifetime best 1,500 meter time of 5:02.86 at the South Dakota Tune Up (May 7)…posted a lifetime best time of 19:32.64 in the 5,000 meters at the Jim Duncan Invitational (April 9).
2019-20
Did not compete...named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.
Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner at Roosevelt High School...as a senior, qualified for the state meet in cross country...also was all-state and all-conference in track & field...was an individual qualifier in the 3,200 meters...as a junior, qualified for the state championship track & field meet in the 3,200 meters, finishing sixth, and in the 4 x 800 meter relay which finished third...also qualified for the state meet in cross country.

Born Jan. 1, 2001...daughter of Matt and Michelle Howard...has five sisters: Heather, Breianna, Madison, Stephanie and Haylea...majoring in biology with a goal of being a pediatric oncologist.
