Indoors, had four personal bests…ran a time of 26.97 in the 200 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 10)…had a 400 meter time of 1:00.64 in the preliminaries of the Summit League Championships (Feb. 24)…posted a 600 meter time of 1:44.80 at the Jim Emmerich/Alumni Invitational (Jan. 21)…ran a time of 1:32.48 in the 600 yards at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 10)…outdoors, had three PRs in the 200 meters including a time of 26.42 at the John Jacobs Invitational (April 22)…had five PRs in the 400 meters including a time of 59.51 in the preliminaries of the Summit League Championships (May 12)...named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll... a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2015-16 (Freshman)
Indoors, set seven PRs in the 400 meters, including a time of 1:01.07 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 19)…set a personal best in the 60 meters with a time of 8.56 at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 30)…posted a personal best in the 300 meters with a time of 44.25 at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 12)…set a personal record in the 200 meters at the SDSU Classic (Feb. 12) with a time of 27.22…was a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that posted a season best time of 4:00.90 at the Summit League Championship (Feb. 26)...outdoors, had a personal best of 27.22 in the 200 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 29)…set four different PRs in the 400 meters including a time of 1:01.76 at the John Jacobs Invitational (April 23)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and a Distinguished Scholar.
Before UNO
Lettered for four years in track & field for Arlington High School…as a senior in 2014-15, set the school and region record with a 200 meter time of 25.6...was a state champion as a member of Arlington's 4 x 400 meter relay, helping to set the school record in the process...finished third in the 200 meter and fourth in the 400 meters at the state championship...as a junior, was a member of the class B state champion 4 x 400 meter relay and 4 x 800 meter relay teams, anchoring both…set a school record in the 4 x 800 meter relay…also finished second in the 400 meters with a personal best time of 58.9…was Arlington's track & field team MVP…also lettered in volleyball where she helped the Cardinals to third in the state tournament as a junior.

Born Sept. 12, 1996…daughter of Bryce and Tammy Olson…has a sister, Brynn Pickrel, and a brother, Taylor…comes from an athletic family; her mother competed in track & field at Dakota State, her brother played football for Dakota Wesleyan and her sister played volleyball for Presentation College…majoring in the journalism/public relations.
