Indoors, had a lifetime best time of 3:05.75 in the 1,000 meters at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 9)…had two bests including a top time of 5:18.76 in the mile at the Summit League Championships (Feb. 24)…set another lifetime best with a time of 10:56.45 in the 3,000 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 16)…has a season best 5,000 meter time of 19:29.39 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 10)…outdoors, set two lifetime bests in the 1,500 meters including a top time of 4:48.81 at the Nebraska Invitational (May 5)…posted a 3,000 meter best of 11:11.04 at the Tulsa Duels (March 17)…had Omaha’s top 3,000 meter steeplechase time of 11:34.00 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 20)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2016-17 (Sophomore)
Indoors, had a personal best mile time of 5:31.14 at the Holiday Inn Invitational (Jan. 13)…ran a PR time of 11:00.97 in the 3,000 meters, her second PR of the season in the event, at the Jack Johnson Classic (Jan. 28)…had a PR of 3:14.49 in the 1,000 meters at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 10)…outdoors, set four different PRs in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, finishing the season with a time of 11:31.52 in the Summit League Championships, good for sixth place (May 12)…also had a PR of 11:26.21 in the 3,000 meters at the Tulsa Duels (March 18)...named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll... a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2015-16 (Redshirt Freshman)
Indoors, recorded a personal best and a fifth-place finish in the 1,000 meters at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 12) with a time of 3:21.72…set a personal record in the mile with a time of 5:37.58 at the KSU Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 9)…finished with a personal best of 11:14.53 in the 3,000 meters at the Jim Emmerich/Alumni Invitational (Jan. 22)…raced to a personal best and sixth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 19) with a time of 20:06.20...outdoors, had a personal best time of 12:19.49 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 29), the third of three PRs in the event…ran a personal best time of 11:43.56 in the 3,000 meters at the Nebraska Invitational (May 7)…also had a personal best time of 5:17.06 in the 1,500 meters at the Tulsa Duels (March 19)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and a Distinguished Scholar.
Before UNO
Lettered in track and field her senior year at Omaha Northwest High School…4x400 m and 4x800 m relay teams qualified for state her senior year…was a part of the relay team that broke the school record in the 4x800 m…also lettered in cheerleading all four years of high school.
