Indoors, set a personal record in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:46.77 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 19)…finished in sixth place at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 30) in the 3,000 meters with a time of 11:01.47…put up a season best in the mile with a time of 5:41.25 at the KSU Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 9)...outdoors, had Omaha's top 10,000 meter time with a personal best clocking of 39:24.51 at the Summit League Championship (May 12)…also had UNO's top 3,000 meter time with a personal best mark of 10:45.11 at the Nebraska Invitational (May 7)…recorded a personal best time of 18:17.19 in the 5,000 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 29)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.
2014-15 (Junior)
Indoors, put up a personal best time of 5:39.22 in the mile at SDSU Indoor Invitational (Feb. 14)…had a PR of 11:11.79 in the 3,000 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 7)…ran a PR of 19:09.14 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 20)…outdoors, posted a personal best time of 5:09.74 in the 1,500 meters at the Jim Dutcher Memorial (April 18)…had three PRs in the 5,000 meters, concluding the stretch with a time of 18:25.96 at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 24)…had a PR run of 39:34.96 in the 10,000 meters at the Jim Duncan Invitational (April 10).
Before UNO
Ran two years for Iowa Central CC before transferring to UNO…was a four-year letter winner in cross country and a three-year letter winner in track at Omaha South…was captain of both teams as a senior.
