2015-16 (Junior)
Indoors, set a personal best and team high in the shot put at the Summit League Championship with a toss of 47-07…placed in a season-high third place in the shot put at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 30) with a mark of 43-04 1/4…finished in the top eight in two other competitions, placing fifth at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 12) and eighth at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Jan. 16)...outdoors, competed in just one meet, posting a throw of 42-04 in the shot put at the Tulsa Duels (March 19)...a member of the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2014-15 (Sophomore)
During the indoor season, had UNO's best shot put mark with a personal best throw of 43-01 at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 30)…outdoors, also had UNO's best shot put mark with a personal best throw of 43-05 ¼ at the Summit League Championships (May 14)…had a personal best mark of 120-07 in the discus at the Summit League Championships (May 15)…also put up a personal best mark of 98-09 in the javelin at the Nebraska Invitational (May 9)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll, a Distinguished Scholar and a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2013-14 (Freshman)
Indoors:  Threw a personal best of 42-02 ¼ at the K-State Invitational (Jan. 25)…outdoors:  had a personal best of 42-02 ¼ in the shot put at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 25)…had a PR of 81-05 in the hammer throw at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (May 2)…had a personal best throw of 110-08 in the discus at the Howard Wood Relays (May 3).

Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner in track and field at Deer Valley High School… as a freshman, placed first in shot put at state track meet… Northwest Regional Track Meet Champion in shot put as a sophomore… placed fifth in shot put at Great Southwest Nationals as a junior... As a senior, earned the Great Southwest National shot put title... Holds the school record in the shot put at 45',4.5"... Also lettered four years in volleyball and basketball... Honored as the Deer Valley School District Female Athlete of the Year and Deer Valley High School Student of the Year...Ranked in the top 10 percent of her class and carried a 4.07 GPA...Member of the National Society of High School Scholars.
