2015-16 (Sophomore)
Indoors, set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:24.95 at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Jan. 16)…had a personal high in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:20.24 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (Feb. 6)…recorded a top finish in the 3,000 meters at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 30)…set a personal record in the 5,000 meters finishing with a time of 18:12.14 at the SDSU Classic (Feb. 12)…was a part of the distance medley relay team that recorded a season best time and a top finish at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 19) with a time of 12:19.20...outdoors, had Omaha's top time in the 5,000 meters with a personal best clocking of 18:13.33 at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 29)…ranked second on the team in the 1,500 meters with a personal best time of 5:05.56 at the Emporia State Relays (April 2)…also had the Mavericks' third-best 3,000 meter performance with a season best time of 11:01.29 at the Nebraska Invitational (May 7)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll, a Distinguished Scholar and a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

During the indoor season, had a personal best time of 5:43.82 in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Invitational (Feb. 14)…had a PR of 11:09.94 in the 3,000 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 7)…posted a personal best 5,000 meter time of 18:45.65 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 20)…outdoors, had a personal best time of 10:58.42 in the 3,000 meters at the Tulsa Duels (March 21)…posted a 5,000 meter PR of 18:45.53 at the Jim Duncan Invitational (April 10)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and a Distinguished Scholar.
Before UNO
Was a three-year letter winner in cross country and track at Kennedy high school…as a senior, was all-division in cross country and was academic all-conference…as a junior, helped the Cougars to a fourth-place finish in the state meet…qualified for the state track & field meet as a sophomore, junior and senior.
