Indoors, posted a lifetime best of 8.78 in the 60 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 3)…also had a person best of 27.73 in the 200 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 16)…registered a lifetime best of 1:00.28 in the 400 meters in the preliminaries of the Summit League Championships (Feb. 23)…outdoors, had a season best of 27.85 in the 200 meters at the Tulsa Duels (March 17)…put up a lifetime best of 59.20 in the 400 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 20).
2016-17
Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons...named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll.
2015-16 (Sophomore)
Indoors, set four PRs in the 400 meters including a time of 1:00.62 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (Feb. 19)…set a personal best in the 1,000 meters with a time of 3:08.33 at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 12)…was a part of the 4x400 relay team that posted a season best 4:00.90 and finished in seventh at the Summit League Championship…was a part of the distance medley relay team that finished in sixth at the Summit League Championship with a time of 12:53.32...outdoors, had a personal best time of 59.69 in the 400 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 29), one of three PRs in the event for the season…recorded a personal best 200 meter time of 27.52 at the Janvrin Open (April 29)… also ran on UNO's 4 x 400 meter relay team which clocked a season best time of 4:00.92 at the Long Beach Invitational (April 16)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2014-15 (Freshman)
During the indoor season, had a personal best time of 45.66 in the 300 meters at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 13)…also had a personal best of 1:01.81 in the 400 meters at the SDSU Indoor Invitational (Feb. 14)…had a personal best triple jump mark of 32-06 ¼ at the K-State Winter Invitational (Dec. 13)…outdoors, had a personal best time of 27.59 in the 200 meters at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (May 1)…had five different PRs during the season in the 400 meters including a time of 1:00.57 at the Summit League Championships (May 14).
Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner for North Bend Central High School...served as team captain as a senior...also lettered in volleyball and basketball where she was all-conference in volleyball.

Born Sept. 15, 1995...daughter of Tony and Brenda Allgood...has two sisters, Kiley and Emily...father played football for Midland Lutheran...majoring in exercise science.
