OMAHA, Neb. – Former Omaha Hockey forward
Jacob Slipec has signed with the Adirondack Thunder of the ECHL, the team announced Thursday.
Slipec closed out his Maverick career with 124 appearances, totaling 12 goals and 12 assists for 24 points across four seasons.
In his final year, he recorded four goals and three assists for seven points before making the jump to the professional ranks with Adirondack.
"Jacob is a great example of hard work and dedication," said head coach
Mike Gabinet. "It has been great to see his development over the last four years we wish him all the best as he turns pro."
