COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (April 21, 2026) — Omaha Hockey's 2026-27 National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) schedule, featuring a 24-game league slate that begins in late October and runs through the end of February, was revealed Tuesday by the National. 

The Mavericks open conference play on the road with a series at defending national champion Denver on Oct. 30-31. Omaha returns home to Kemp Ice at Baxter Arena on the following weekend, Nov. 6-7, facing off against St. Cloud State.

NCHC play continues with a road trip to Miami (Ohio) on Nov. 13-14 before the Mavericks return home Nov. 20-21 to host Western Michigan. Omaha closes the first half of league play with a road series at newcomer St. Thomas on Dec. 4-5. 

After the holiday break, Omaha resumes National action Jan. 8-9, welcoming Arizona State to Baxter Arena. The Mavericks then travel to Western Michigan on Jan. 15-16.
Omaha returns home Jan. 22-23 to host North Dakota. The Mavericks remain at Baxter Arena Jan. 29-30 for a two-game series against Minnesota Duluth.
Omaha heads back on the road Feb. 12-13 at St. Cloud State before returning home Feb. 19-20 to host Colorado College. Omaha closes the regular-season with a road series at Arizona State on Feb. 26-27. 

The NCHC Frozen Faceoff begins March 5-7 with the first round, followed by the quarterfinal on March 12, semifinal on March 13 and championship game on March 19 or 20.
