OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha Hockey announced its 2026-27 non-conference schedule Tuesday, completing the Mavericks' regular season schedule following the release of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference slate earlier this spring.
Omaha Announces 2026-27 Non-Conference Schedule
Before opening the regular season, Omaha will play a pair of exhibition games, traveling to Colorado Springs, Colorado, to face Air Force on Oct. 2 before hosting Manitoba in an exhibition at Baxter Arena on Wednesday, Oct. 7. Puck drop is set for 6:30 p.m. CT.
The Mavericks open non-conference play with a home-and-home series against Augustana. Omaha travels to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on Thursday, Oct. 15 before hosting the Vikings on Saturday, Oct. 17 at Baxter Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT.
Omaha continues its non-conference schedule with a two-game road series at Lindenwood on Oct. 23-24 in St. Charles, Missouri. Both games are scheduled for 7 p.m. CT.
The Mavericks return to Baxter Arena for a two-game series against Yale on Nov. 27-28, with both contests beginning at 6 p.m. CT.
Omaha then travels to Wisconsin for a two-game series on Dec. 10-11. Game times will be announced at a later date.
The Mavericks conclude non-conference play by hosting Cornell on Jan. 2-3. Saturday's game begins at 4 p.m. CT, while Sunday's finale is scheduled for 2 p.m. CT.
