OMAHA, Neb. - Omaha hockey had six student-athletes named 2024-25 American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) All-American Scholars, it was announced on Wednesday.
Forwards Jimmy Glynn, Myles Hilman and Sam Stange, alongside defensemen Nolan Krenzen, Joe Gramer and Griffin Ludtke, were named All-American Scholars by the AHCA for maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.75 in each semester of the season. Additionally, the student-athletes had to appear in at least 40 percent of the team's games, with exceptions made for injured players and backup goaltenders.
Bremer, Glynn, Krenzen and Ludtke were named to the 2024-25 NCHC Academic All-Conference Team. The four Mavericks were also honored as members of the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team® in June.
The 2025-26 regular season begins with a two-game series on Friday, Oct. 10, and Saturday, Oct. 11, when Minnesota State visits Kemp Ice at Baxter Arena.
