Omaha currently owns an NCAA RPI of 47, the highest in program history, and also ranks No. 9 as part of the D1 Softball Mid-Major Rankings, the highest tally for Mike Heard's ballclub since the poll began.

Earlier this week, it was announced that eight Mavericks earned Summit League All-Conference Honors, punctuated by sophomore pitcher Maddia Groff earning the league's Pitcher of the Year Award and senior shortstop Maggie O'Brien being named Defensive Player of the Year.
