OMAHA, Neb. -- The UNO men's tennis team opened the spring season with a 7-2 win over Nebraska Wesleyan at Hanscom Park Tennis Center on Friday night.

In doubles, Mercier and Frost defeated Holmes and Hoppe, 8-5, and McKnight and Forcucci won 8-2 over Mike Larsen and Drew Placek. Wesleyan's Ryan McCarty and Seth Shimerda defeated #

UNO competes again on Feb. 18, when Northern Colorado visits for an 11 a.m. match at the Hanscom Park Tennis Center.
