Alex Hudson# scored his first two career goals to lead the University of Nebraska at Omaha hockey team to a 3-1 win over Mercyhurst College Friday night at Qwest Center Omaha.

The Mavericks used a relentless offensive attack, out-shooting the Lakers by a decisive 41-23 advantage, including a 17-7 edge in the final frame of action.
Making his second start of the season between the pipes, Dupont turned in another solid effort collecting 22 saves for his second win of the season.
UNO will continue its series with Mercyhurst on Saturday night at 7:05 p.m.
