OMAHA, Neb. - Omaha Women's Tennis will host No. 65 Denver as the two teams face off for the Summit League regular-season title.
The Mavericks (15-8, 5-0 Summit League) and the Pioneers (13-7, 5-0) are tied for first in the conference as they head into the final match of the regular season.
Both teams are on a five-match win streak in conference play. Omaha has never beaten Denver in 15 meetings. Last season, the Mavs and Pios met in the final of the Summit League tournament and the Pios were victorious to earn their 11th straight tournament championship.
Last time out, Omaha bested South Dakota 7-0 to sweep a conference opponent for the first time since 2022. The Mavs then beat Kansas City 4-3 on the road.
With 17 wins in the No. 3 flight, sophomore Katelynn Kock (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) became the winningest No. 3 singles player in program history after her 6-0, 6-4 win at Kansas City.
Play will kick off at 12 p.m. CT at Koch Tennis Center against Denver. Live stats will be available for the match. Following the match, Omaha will honor its graduating seniors.
