OMAHA, Neb. - Omaha Women's Tennis will head west to close out nonconference play with matches at CSUN and UC Riverside.
The Mavericks (9-7) have won the last two in a row with a 5-2 win at Lindenwood and a 4-2 win at Saint Louis last week.
CSUN (8-5) leads the series all-time with a 1-0 record against the Mavericks. The teams met on March 19, 2019, on the road, and the Matadors won 6-1. Omaha has never played UC Riverside in a dual match.
Sophomore Nina Wiese (Flushing, N.Y.) was named the Kwik Star Summit League Peak Performer of the Week, the league announced Tuesday. Wiese is on a nine-match winning streak and is 7-0 so far this season in the No. 2 flight.
Omaha will play CSUN at 11:30 a.m. CT on Thursday, March 19 and UC Riverside at 1 p.m. CT on Saturday, March 21. Live stats will be available for both matches.
