FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Marra Cramer drove in six runs on the day as Omaha Softball split games during the final day of the Woo Pig Classic.
Omaha (14-4) opened the day with a 12-6 win over Boise State before No. 7/8 Arkansas held off a late Omaha threat to win 4-2.
Omaha, which lost 10-2 to Arkansas on Thursday, twice grabbed the lead against the Razorbacks in Saturday's early innings.
Cramer gave Omaha a 1-0 lead in the first as her two-out infield single scored Bailey Sample. After Arkansas tied it, Sammy Schmidt led off the top of the second with a home run to right-center field.
It stayed 2-1 until the fourth when Arkansas' Kailey Wyckoff hit a two-run home run off Omaha starter Grace Hornbuckle. Wyckoff also homered to lead off the bottom of the sixth.
Omaha loaded the bases with one out in the seventh as Rylinn Groff and Katherine Johnson singled and Sample was hit by a pitch. But Arkansas pitcher Robyn Herron responded with a strikeout and a flyout to end the game.
Johnson, Cramer and Ava Rongisch each had two hits as Omaha outhit Arkansas 10-6.
Cramer, who hit two homers and drove in five runs Friday in a win over Charlotte, had another five-RBI game in the win over Boise State.
Cramer hit a two-run home run in the fifth inning before adding a two-run single in the seventh.
Omaha had taken control before that as the Mavericks used a six-run second inning for a 7-1 lead.
Alyson Edwards' two-run double was the key hit during that rally.
Sample finished the Boise State win with three runs scored, while Alexis Wiggins picked up her sixth win by pitching into the sixth inning.
Omaha is off until March 7, when it plays ninth-ranked Nebraska in Lincoln.
