OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha Women's Basketball is set for rematches with South Dakota State and Kansas City as the back half of conference play begins.
The Mavericks (2-20, 0-7 Summit League) head to Brookings, S.D. to face South Dakota State (16-5, 6-1) after falling to the Jackrabbits, 65-36, in the conference home opener on Jan. 3. SDSU has a 12-game win streak over the Mavs.
Omaha began conference play on the road at Kansas City (6-15, 3-5) on Dec. 31. The Mavs suffered a 61-59 loss to the Roos after fighting to stay in the game for the full 40 minutes.
Omaha will play at South Dakota State on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. CT and host Kansas City at 1 p.m. CT on Saturday, Jan. 31 at Baxter Arena. Both games will stream on the Summit League Network and broadcast on the Varsity Network and 1180 AM in Omaha. Saturday's game will be a Pink Out.
