OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha Women's Basketball is ready for the third annual Big Sky-Summit League Challenge.
The Mavericks (1-6) are starting the challenge in Pocatello, Idaho at Idaho State (4-2) on Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 8 p.m. CT. The Bengals and Mavs have never faced each other on the court.
Omaha will return home to face the Bears of Northern Colorado (6-2) on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 1 p.m. CT. The Mavericks and Bears have a long history with UNC leading the all-time series 27-11. Omaha's last win over Northern Colorado was in 2021 when the Mavs hosted the Bears on Dec. 11 and won 48-41.
The Big Sky-Summit League Challenge is in its third year and the Summit League has one each of the first two editions.
