Barlow Resigns as Men's Tennis Coach

Omaha Athletics has announced men's tennis head coach Matt Barlow is stepping down.

Barlow was named the head coach of the men's tennis program in May 2020 and led the Mavericks to the Summit League championship match in his first season.  In four seasons at the helm, Barlow led the Mavericks to 47 victories and three double-digit win campaigns. This season he guided Omaha to an eight-match win streak which was the program's longest since 2021-22.

"We are very appreciative of Coach Barlow's contributions, and wish him well in his future endeavors," said Adrian Dowell, Vice Chancellor / Director of Athletics.  We are excited about the future of the program will immediately begin the process to identify the next leader of our men's tennis program."
