The Omaha women's basketball team (1-1, 0-0 Summit League) returns home for the first of four straight games. Tip-off against Graceland University is set for 7 p.m. at Sapp Fieldhouse on Friday, Nov. 21.
THE TEAMS
Omaha (1-1, 0-0 Summit League) is coming off 65-57 loss at Air Force on Monday night in Colorado Springs, Colo. Brianna Bogard and Sami Pawlak each had 11 points. Mikaela Shaw had a career high 17 rebounds, she also had nine points.
Graceland (2-4, 0-0 HAAC) is coming off a 67-63 loss to Friends University on Tuesday evening. Graceland had three players in double digits led by Sydney Vaughn's 22 points and five rebounds. Yvette Bennett added 12 points and four assists, while Gabrielle Lapinski had 11 points.

All Omaha women's basketball home games will be have live radio broadcast presented by NRG Media. Friday's game will air on the 1620 AM “The Zone” (KOZN) with Jon Green calling the action. Live webcast, audio and stats links will be available on OMavs.com.
THE SERIES
Omaha leads the all-time series against Graceland University, 1-0. The two teams last met on Nov. 14, 2013 in Omaha. The Mavs defeated the Yellowjackets 109-52. The 109 points was the second highest point total in the history of the program. Five Mavericks were in double digit points, led by Felicia Anderson's 20 points. Ericka House had 19 points, including five 3-pointers. Sami Pawlak had 15 points. Mikaela Shaw and Victoria Trowbridge each had a double-doubles for Omaha. Shaw had 10 points and 12 rebounds, while Trowbridge had 14 points and 13 rebounds.
UP NEXT
Omaha will play two games in three days over Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The Mavericks will host North Dakota at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26. Northern Colorado will come to town on Friday, Nov. 28 for a 7 p.m. tip-off.
