DURANT, Okla. - The No. 8 UNO softball team lost to No. 3 Angelo State in the opening game of the Southeastern Oklahoma Invitational Friday morning, 5-1, at the Durant Multi-Sports Complex.

UNO (4-1) got a solo homer from #Katelyn Hinton# in the top of the fourth to tie the game at 1-1. But Angelo State (10-0) responded with three runs in the bottom of the fourth on a bases-clearing double by Alix Dean to take a 4-1 lead.

Hinton finished 2-for-3 for the Mavs, who take on Cameron at 2 p.m., on Friday.
