The Nebraska-Omaha men's tennis team hosted its first ever dual in the inaugural season, falling 6-3 against Nebraska Wesleyan at Hanscom Tennis Center Friday night.

The No. 2 doubles team of Marcus Hansen and Matt Frost picked up a win while Chase Petersen won at No. 4 singles and John Diamantis won at No. 5 singles.

The Mavericks will return to action February 14 at Midland Lutheran in a 10 a.m. dual.
