OMAHA, Neb. - The Mavericks took all three doubles matches and five of six singles matches to defeat Graceland, 8-1 Friday night at Hanscom Tennis Center.
Nebraska-Omaha is now 3-2 going into a two-week break. The Mavericks' next dual is March 6 at Nebraska-Kearney at 3 p.m.
Kelsey Haas and
Rachel Faulk won at No. 1 doubles,
Traci Moklestad and
Kelsie Olson won at No. 2 and
Sara Wheeland and
Samantha Thomas won at No. 3. Haas and Faulk improved to 3-1 this year as a team, winning their second straight.
Heather Hottman improved to 3-0 in dual singles matches and won her fifth straight overall with a victory at No. 2 while
Caitlin Christy and
Diana Dobey each won their second straight singles matches.
