Mavericks Win Six Flights in Wichita

Wichita, Kan. -- Sophomore Sara Bredfeldt and freshman Kelsey Cochran were both crowned double flight winners during the Wichita Intercollegiate Tennis Championships Sunday.

Bredfeldt earned her flight title at No. 9 singles and paired with fellow sophomore Jenny Miller to win the No.5 doubles, while Cochran won her title at No. 8 singles and teamed with junior Katie Spahn to win the No. 4 doubles crown.

In other action, junior Maggie Russell and freshman Rachel Faulk teamed up to take the No. 2 doubles title, while sophomore Kylie Roe and freshman Amy Pierson took the No. 3 title.
