GREEN BAY, Wis. — Omaha women's soccer battled Green Bay to a scoreless draw Sunday afternoon at Festival Foods Field at Aldo Santaga.
The Mavericks moved to 1-1-1 on the season, while the Phoenix moved to 3-0-1.
Omaha recorded three shots, placing two on target, while Green Bay finished with seven shots and just one on frame.
The Mavericks' defense held strong throughout the full 90 minutes, keeping the Phoenix off the scoreboard to secure Omaha's second consecutive shutout.
