After being held without a shot in the opening half, the Mavericks generated all six of their attempts after halftime. Defender Jasmyn Brown and forward Nora Johnson each put a shot on goal, while forward Haylee Braun, defender Charley Kort, forward Kendall Dobberstein and Fagan also recorded attempts. Omaha held Iowa State to five shots over the final 45 minutes while earning all three of its corner kicks in the second half.
