OMAHA, Neb. - Omaha Track and Field will head back to Nebraska for the Nebraska Tune-Up, the last meet before the Summit League Indoor Championships.
Twenty-two athletes will represent the Mavericks in eight events, six track and two field.
With only one meet left until the conference meet, Omaha has two relay teams in the top-10 in the Summit League. The distance medley relay team of freshman Hope Riedel (Lincoln, Neb.), sophomore Jocelynn Skoda (West Point, Neb.), junior Lily Schwartz (Lincoln, Neb.) and freshman Briley Early (Leawood, Kan.) is third in the league with a time of 12:25.01. Freshman Becca Campbell (Papillion, Neb.), Skoda, junior Ava Robinson (Aurora, Colo.) and sophomore Lilly Smith (Ankeny, Iowa) are fifth in the league with a time of 3:51.80 in the 4x400-meter relay.
Senior Emma Klein (Gower, Mo.) holds the seventh-highest mark in the triple jump with an attempt of 11.92 meters and the 10th-highest mark in the long jump with an attempt of 5.63 meters.
Competition will begin at 12:25 p.m. CT on Friday, Feb. 20. A live stream and live timing will be available.
