SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - After going 2-0 in the final home weekend of the season, Mikhail Korkunov and Bryan Kuntz have been named the Kwik Star Summit League Doubles Peak Team of the Week.

Omaha's top doubles duo began the weekend with a comeback victory on Friday vs. Ange-Kevin Koua and Leandro Zgraggen of North Dakota as they took the match 7-6 (7-4). Then, in the home finale vs. Marquette, Korkunov and Kuntz had another come from behind win as they closed out the home slate with a 6-4 win over Blake Roegner and Hugh Perrill. For Korkunov, this was the final home match of his career as he was honored last Saturday on Senior Day.

This is Kuntz's second weekly honor of the season after previously being named Peak Performer of the Week on February 18. This is also the second doubles team from Omaha to win this award following Pavan Uppu and Christian Trevey back on March 11.
