CONWAY, Ark. - Omaha softball (14-4) returns to action for four games in Conway, Ark. at Farris Field as the Mavericks take on Central Arkansas and Illinois State in the Milisa Moore and Shane Lamb Tournament. Omaha faces both schools twice, alternating matchups on Friday, March 7 and Saturday, March 8. There is no livestream this weekend.
The Mavericks enter the week after a 3-2 outing in California with Omaha defeating Pitt, Cal Poly and Utah Tech in the Louisville Slugger Invitational.
Marra Cramer leads the Summit League in home runs with seven, including a pair last weekend, to pace Omaha.
Sammy Schmidt holds the team's highest batting average at .383. Six Mavericks have double-digit RBI numbers through the first four weeks of the season.
Omaha has just one more non-conference test remaining, two games at Kansas, before welcoming St. Thomas to
Connie Claussen Field on March 22 for a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. CT.
