Mavericks unveil 2026 men’s tennis match schedule

OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha Men's Tennis head coach Hunter Clark announced the 2026 match schedule on Monday.
 
The Mavericks will kick off the season with back-to-back matches at Nebraska on Jan. 17 and a home match against Wichita State on Jan. 24. From there, the Mavs will head to Wisconsin to face Western Michigan in a neutral site match on Jan. 31. 
 
February will start with a road match at Wisconsin on Feb. 1 and then a home match against Midland on Feb. 7. Omaha will head to the Windy City on Valentine's Day to face UIC, then Northern Illinois the day after. Saint Louis will visit on Feb. 20. The month will close out with a trip back to Lincoln to face Oklahoma State.
 
March will begin at home with a bout against Chicago State on Mar. 8 and UNK on Mar. 8. The Mavericks will head south for spring break with matches at Southern Mississippi on Mar. 13, New Orleans on Mar. 14 and two matches at Nicholls State on Mar. 15. 
 
Omaha will host Creighton on Mar. 20. Summit League play will start on Mar. 22 when the Mavs head to Oral Roberts. The final non-conference matches of the season will be two road contests at Marquette on Mar. 27 and Gustavus Adolphus on Mar. 29.
 
The Mavericks will head to North Dakota on April 3 then home Drake on April 10. The team will head to Illinois State on April 15 for the final road match of the season. April 19 will be the final regular-season match of the year. Omaha will host Denver and celebrate the program's seniors.
 
The Summit League Championship will take place April 24 to 25 in Tulsa, Okla.
