OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha Track and Field head coach
Cliff Cisar announced the 2025-26 indoor track and field schedule Tuesday.
The season will kick off in Lincoln, Neb. at the Husker Holiday Open on Friday, Dec. 12. After that, the Mavericks will take a month off. They will return to Lincoln for the Graduate Classic on Jan. 16 and 17. Both meets will be hosted by Nebraska.
After that, Omaha will experience its first taste of Summit League competition at the Jim Emmerich (Summit League Preview) hosted by South Dakota State on Jan. 24. The Mavs will end the month at the Washburn Open in Topeka, Kan.
February will start with a trip to Ames, Iowa for the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 7. The Mavs will then head back to South Dakota State for the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 13 and 14.
The Mavericks will make on last trip down I-80 for the Nebraska Tune-Up on Feb. 20 before heading to the Summit League Championship on Feb. 27 and 28 in Grand Forks, N.D.
