Box Score The Omaha women's tennis team dropped their Saturday afternoon dual 6-1 to No. 38 Denver. 

Khayli Buckels picked up the lone point in the No. 3 singles spot.  

"Hard-fought match on both sides," said head coach Adam Summitt. "Honestly, this is one of the best matches we've played against Denver. Even our first singles win over them. That is something for Khayli to be proud of. She's played so well as a freshman. We had other matches where we were much closer than the score indicated. We were right there at times. We still need to get better on certain areas, but the overall theme is that we continue to be better each week. We have a few days off before our trip to Indiana."

The Mavericks will be back in action next weekend for a pair of duals.
