The Omaha women's tennis squad returns to Miracle Hill to host the Central Arkansas Bears on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 1:30 p.m. The Mavericks were set to play Missouri State on Sunday, however, the Bears forfeited the match, giving Omaha the win.
The Mavericks will host the Bears with a 3-6 overall record, having gone undefeated at home.
"We are coming off a great weekend and hope to keep the momentum rolling in our favor," said head coach
Adam Summitt. "Central Arkansas is a team we have only faced once during my time here and that was 4 years ago. They are a good, young team that has already beaten a few Summit League foes. We won't have any easy outs at any positions over the weekend. We will need to stay focused and do our best in controlling the match."
UCA comes to Omaha with a 3-3 overall record, and 1-3 on the road.
Khayli Buckels leads Omaha 5-4 in singles. She last won the No. 3 spot against UNI 6-2, 6-2. In doubles,
