SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Caleb Riedel has been named the TicketSmarter Summit League Baseball Peak Pitcher of the Week.

In game one of Friday's doubleheader vs. Stonehill, Riedel had one of the most dominant outings of his career, firing six shutout innings in which he allowed just two baserunners. He also struck out a career-high 13 batters, four more than his previous high. For his efforts, Riedel earned his first win of the season and lowered his ERA to 4.12 and his WHIP to 0.81.

This is the first Pitcher of the Week honor of Riedel's career.
