Sadie Limback adds another honor to her name as she is tabbed an AVCA All-American Honorable Mention. The senior becomes the first Maverick volleyball player in the Division I era to be named an AVCA All-America.
Over her career, the right side was a two-time member of the AVCA All-Midwest Region Team (2020, '21), the All-Summit team three years in a row (2019, '20, '21), and picked up nine Summit League Offensive Player of the Weeks. She ends with 1,444 kills and 567 digs over her four years.
In her final season at Omaha she finished as the Summit League Player of the Year and earned a spot on the Summit League All-Tournament team, along with being named Summit League Offensive Player of the Week three times. In the 2021 season she put up nine double-doubles on a .340 hitting percentage. She recorded 415 kills, averaging 3.81 kills per set, with 12 games tallying 15 or more kills. Limback also recorded a new career high tallying 21 digs in the regular season finale, this picking up her first career Defensive Player of the Week.
