2013 UNO Baseball Skills Evaluation Camp Registration Form

OMAHA, Neb. -- Registration is now open for the Omaha baseball program's annual skills evaluation camp on Sunday, May 19 at the Ballpark at Boys Town, it was announced this week.

Camp is open to high school players who will graduate in 2013, 2014, 2015 or 2016 and aspire to play at the collegiate level. The day will begin with a running, throwing and defensive skill evaluation from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., followed by competitive games and instruction from Noon to 3:30 p.m. Lunch and a camp t-shirt will be provided to each participant. Players will receive an evaluation sheet after the camp to detail individual strengths and areas for improvement observed by camp staff.

Camp instructors include UNO head coach Bob Herold, assistant coaches Chris Gadsden and Evan Porter, pitching coach Dan McGinn and former Maverick players.

The cost is $90 when registration is received by Friday, May 17 or $100 on the day of camp. Checks may be written to UNOmaha Baseball, and payment should be sent with the registration form to UNO Baseball, Sapp Fieldhouse, 6001 Dodge Street, Omaha, NE, 68182. Campers may also email their registration forms to assistant coach Evan Porter at etporter@unomaha.edu.
