FREMONT, Neb. - The UNO men's tennis team swept doubles and singles play and didn't lose a set as it defeated Midland Luthern, 9-0 Saturday in the program's first win.

The Mavericks, 1-1, will host Graceland Friday at 6:30 p.m. in Hanscom Tennis Center.

John McQuistan and Chase Peterson won at No. 1 doubles, Mike Hupf and and Ryan Robertson won at No. 2 and Tom Rickert and Ben Williamson won at No. 3 doubles.

McQuistan also won at No. 1 singles while five other players earned wins in singles for the Mavericks. Justin Stine earned a 6-0, 6-0, win at No. 5 singles.
