Biography

As a Senior (2012)
Made 16 appearances on the mound, starting twice…Posted a record of 2-5 with 5.95 ERA…Totaled 24 strikeouts over 42.1 innings of work, holding his opponents to a .308 batting average…Debuted at Texas A&M Corpus Christi (Feb. 19), allowing one hit with a strikeout in one inning of relief…On March 6, held Missouri hitless and fanned one in a one-inning outing…Earned the win in his first start against Bucknell (March 16), tossing a season-long six scoreless innings and striking out four while allowing five hits…Grabbed another win in relief at Creighton (March 27), going three scoreless innings and surrendering two hits with four strikeouts and no walks…Struck out three batters at IPFW (April 1) and against North Dakota State (April 7)…Tied his season best of four Ks against Minnesota (April 17), throwing six innings in his second start of the year...Closed the season by coming off the bench to play first base at Creighton (May 9).
