As a Senior (2012)
Named first-team independent all-conference by College Sports Madness…Served as the Mavericks’ starting catcher while also seeing time at first base and as a pitcher over 43 games…Batted a team-leading .366 with 18 doubles, a triple, three home runs, 27 runs scored and 20 RBI…Also drew 18 walks and was 3-for-5 in stolen base attempts…Totaled a team-best 18 multi-hit games and added four multi-RBI games…Enjoyed his longest hitting streak of the season over 13 games from Feb. 28 to March 17…Made three pitching appearances in relief, going 1-0 with one save…Totaled 9.0 innings of work, striking out 15 while issuing just four walks…Held his opponents to a .071 batting average and allowed no extra-base hits…Doubled twice to finish 4-for-5 with a run scored and another driven in at Washington State (Feb. 24)…Hit his first home run of the season with a solo shot at Seattle (Feb. 28)…Went a perfect 4-for-4with a double at Missouri (March 6)…Doubled twice and homered at Northern Colorado (March 10), finishing 3-for-5 with three runs scored and three RBI…Combined for a 6-for-13 effort with five runs scored and five RBI in the UNC series…Followed with a 2-for-5 performance with two runs and an RBI against BYU (March 12)…Chipped in a 3-for-4 day and scored twice against Chicago State (March 14)…After catching the first 12 innings against LIU Brooklyn (March 15), pitched the last seven innings to earn the win…Struck out a career-high 11 batters and issued just one walk while allowing two hits in the game, marking his first appearance on the mound in two years…Put up a pair of doubles at Creighton (March 27) to go 2-for-5 with a run scored…Came back the next night to go 3-for-5 with a run scored and another driven in at Iowa (March 28)…Delivered a two-run homer and finished 3-for-5 with two runs scored at UNLV (April 14)…Went 3-for-6 at Indiana State (April 29) and earned the save with an inning of relief work, striking out three…Finished 3-for-4 and scored once at Kansas State (May 5)…Completed his career ranked ninth in school history for career games played (163) and 11th in doubles (33).

Started all 51 games he played in as the Mavericks’ catcher, batting .313 with eight doubles, four home runs, 39 RBI and 32 runs scored...Also drew 20 walks, the third most on the team...Enjoyed a 10-game hitting streak from April 17 to April 29...Owned 15 multiple-hit games, including one performance with four base knocks...Also had six multiple-RBI contests, highlighted by a doubleheader at Fort Hays State with a combined 11 RBI over the two games…Went 4-for-5 with three runs scored and two RBI at Southwest Baptist (March 3)…Hit his first homer of the season at Emporia State (April 2)…Had two home runs in game one of a doubleheader at Fort Hays State (April 22), followed by another in game two…Had a huge series against the Tigers, taking credit for 14 RBI, five runs scored and an 8-for-17 weekend…Scored a run against Washburn in the opening game of the MIAA Tournament (May 12) before suffering an injury that kept him out of the remainder of championship play.


As a Sophomore (2010)
Appeared in 38 games and started 23 of those contests…Hit .321 for the year with 15 runs scored, 13 RBI, four doubles and two home runs…Went 2-1 on the mound with two saves, a 4.72 earned-run average, 28 strikeouts…Had six multi-hit games…Made 10 pitching appearances, including one start against Emporia State...Named to the 2009-10 MIAA Academic Honor Roll.


As a Freshman (2009)
Batted .226 on the year with five RBI and eight walks...Scored eight runs while compiling 12 hits in 53 at-bats...Scored three runs and drew a pair of walks in a game against Hillsdale in which he also had one hit and two RBI…Named to the 2008-09 MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
