Ran in four of six meets for the Mavericks…posted her season-best 6K time of 25:51.9 at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 13).

2016 (Junior)
Did not compete.

2015 (Sophomore)
Competed in just one meet for the Mavericks, posting a time of 22:49.90 at the Augustana Twilight-3 miles (Sept. 4).

Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner for North Bend Central High School...served as team captain as a senior...also lettered in volleyball and basketball where she was all-conference in volleyball.

Born Sept. 15, 1995...daughter of Tony and Brenda Allgood...has two sisters, Kiley and Emily...father played football for Midland Lutheran...majoring in exercise science.
